What your policy review includes

Insurance tends to stay the same while your life changes. A policy review compares what you have against what you need today: your home's rebuilding cost, your drivers, your assets, your family and your business. We read your policies line by line, explain them in plain language, and shop the market only where it makes sense.

Good to know: the best time for a review is 30 to 60 days before a renewal, or after a major life event.

Not covered: a review does not change your coverage by itself. Nothing changes until you approve it.

Policy reviews explained

Why review your insurance every year

Most coverage problems are discovered after a claim, when it is too late to fix them. A review finds them first.

Rising rebuilding costs

Construction costs change, and a dwelling limit set years ago may not rebuild your home today.

Life changes

Marriage, a new baby, a teen driver, retirement or a new business all change what you need.

Growing assets

More savings and home equity mean more to protect with higher liability or an umbrella.

Price changes

Carriers change rates every year, so the best price at your last renewal may not be the best now.

No pressure, no obligation. If your current coverage is right, we will tell you. We only recommend changes that improve your protection or lower your cost.
