Method of Payment
Societies Insurance accepts four ways to pay your premium: ACH bank transfer, credit card, Zelle and direct deposit. Whichever you choose, include the named insured and your policy or invoice number so we can apply the payment to the right account.

Payment options
Four ways to pay your premium
1. ACH bank transfer
Send an ACH transfer from your checking or savings account to Cavlogix Corporation DBA Societies Insurance at Wells Fargo. Call 800-616-3490 for our routing and account numbers. There is no fee for ACH. See the ACH payment instructions (PDF)
2. Credit card
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. A 3.5% processing fee is added to every credit card payment. Scan and send the signed authorization form to: info@societiesinsurance.com, or call 800-616-3490 to pay by phone. Get the credit card authorization form (PDF)
3. Zelle
Pay from your bank's app with Zelle. Call 800-616-3490 for our Zelle recipient details before your first payment, and put the named insured and policy or invoice number in the memo. There is no fee for Zelle.
4. Direct deposit
Have your premium debited directly from your checking or savings account, as a one-time payment or as recurring installments. Complete and sign the direct payment authorization form with your bank routing and account numbers, then scan and send it to: info@societiesinsurance.com. Protect yourself from payment fraud: Societies Insurance will never email or text you new bank details or ask you to change where you send payments. If you get a message like that, call us at 800-616-3490 before sending money.
