Agents and brokers can reach out to us when a client needs a market, a program or specialty experience that is not available through their current carriers.

Societies Insurance is a licensed agency in the 13 states below for property, casualty, life and health lines. We can work with appointed agents and brokers on risks located in these states. Have a risk somewhere else? Ask us; specialty and surplus lines placements may be possible.
Agency NPN 16247324. In California, Societies Insurance does business as Cavlogix Insurance Agency. You can verify our licenses through the NIPR Producer Database or each state's department of insurance.

How the appointment process works
Submit your request
Complete the appointment request form below, or download the appointment application and email it to us.
We verify
We confirm your licenses and lines of authority through NIPR and review your E&O coverage and background answers.
Sign the agreement
We send our broker agreement. Return it with your W-9 and commission payment details.
Start submitting
Send risks to info@societiesinsurance.com or call 800-616-3490. We market them to our carriers and keep you informed.
What we look for: an active resident license with the right lines of authority for the business you write, current agent E&O coverage, and a clean regulatory history. New agencies are welcome.
