What Track Day / HPDE coverage includes

Personal auto policies exclude track use; HPDE coverage protects your car at driver education events.

  • On-track physical damage - Damage to your car during HPDE events.
  • Per-event or annual - Single events or a season.
  • Agreed value - Value set before the event.
  • Paddock coverage - Damage in the paddock.
  • Transport - While trailered.

Good to know: coverage is usually bought per event with a deductible of 10% or more.

Not covered: wheel-to-wheel racing and timed competition.
