What Landlord Earth Movement / Landslide coverage includes

Other structures - Retaining walls, detached garages and fences, where included.

Debris removal - Clearing soil and debris after a covered slide, subject to limits.

Good to know: mudflow is covered by flood insurance, and earthquake usually needs its own policy. Tenants need their own renters policy for their belongings.

Not covered: settling, gradual erosion, and damage from poor construction or drainage.
