What Marina coverage includes

  • Marina liability - Injuries to boaters and guests on docks and grounds.
  • Marina operators legal liability - Customer boats damaged while in your care.
  • Docks and property - Docks, piers, buildings, lifts and travel hoists.
  • Fuel dock and pollution - Fuel spills and cleanup costs from your fuel dock.
  • Protection and indemnity - Liability for marina-owned workboats.

Good to know: a hurricane or storm plan with haul-out procedures and no repair work inside customer boats tend to lower rates.

Not covered: pollution from fuel spills unless pollution coverage is added, boats under repair on some forms, and named storm damage in some coastal areas without a separate deductible.
